The form of the proposed 100m tower is intended to celebrate the feminine beauty of Princess Maxima of the Netherlands while the tower’s name is intended to reflect the princess’ Argentinean heritage through the use of the Torre (Spanish) in place of Tower.

The sketches provide structural commentary to the architect’s early concept studies on building form, including a literal take on crowning the princess in the Corona Maxima study.
